After a few days of stressedness.. bickering… snide remarks.. misunderstood conversations.. things like this remind me that it dun matter how tough it gets… the relationship between DP and I just gets stronger <3

We’ve been through a lot this past year.. and if anything was gonna test this relationship… the last year certainly woulda taken the cake.. we’ve moved countries.. had a baby… moved states.. had 2 weeks weeks to find our own place.. and we’re starting from scratch.. as in owning nothing.. to this day our front room remains empty of furniture (bar Callia’s play mat, toys and play pen) as we slowly piece together our upturned humble lil lives.. all that whilst making sure Callia has everything she needs

If anything, communication has been the key.. we talk about _everything_ ..even things we dun necessarily want to talk about or even hear.. and not only do we talk, we write the odd lil note or two every now and then.. or find another way to communicate how we really feel.. and for all of this I’m so grateful.. there is no way in the world I’d change my situation.. I could not ask for a better family.. I have a wonderful hubby.. and an amazingly beautiful ‘n clever daughter..
